Antarctic Marine Living Resources Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 2432 (2), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 44A. Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention] the term Antarctic marine living resources means “the population of finfish, molluscs, crustaceans and all other species of living organisms, including birds, found south of the Antarctic Convergence.”
