Anthropogenic Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 300.2 [Title 10 – Energy; Chapter II -- Department of Energy; Subchapter B -- Climate Change; Part 300 -- Voluntary Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program: General Guidelines], the term anthropogenic means “greenhouse gas emissions and removals that are a direct result of human activities or are the result of natural processes that have been affected by human activities.”
