Anti-Bias Curriculum Law and Legal Definition
Anti-bias curriculum is an approach to education that sets forth value-based principles and methodology in support of respecting and embracing differences and acting against bias and unfairness. The objective of anti-bias curriculum teaching is to eliminate bias in various educational institutions. Education capacitates children to understand social problems and issues and equips him/her with strategies to combat bias and improve social conditions for all. Anti-bias curriculum is implemented as a proactive means to eradicate various forms of social oppression. The ultimate goal in creating anti-bias curriculum is the establishment of social justice.
