Anticipated compromis refers to an agreement in which countries submit definite class of disputes that may arise between them to an arbitral institution. It is an ad hoc arbitral tribunal that concludes a general arbitration treaty. It also facilitates by providing an arbitration clause in a treaty. Anticiapted compromis is also known as abstract compromise or general compromise.
