Antique Gambling Device Law and Legal Definition
An antique gambling device refers to any gambling device, like a slot machine which is very old and not used or attempted to be used for any gaming activities or unlawful purposes. An antique gambling device may be kept in possession by anyone if it is not used for any unlawful purpose.

According to N.M. Stat. Ann. § 30-19-1 "antique gambling device" means a gambling device manufactured before 1970 and substantially in original condition that is not used for gambling or commercial gambling or located in a gambling place.
