According to 7 CFR 29.22 (Title 7, Agriculture; Subtitle B, Regulations of The Department of Agriculture; Chapter I, Agricultural Marketing Service H1 (Standards, Inspections, Marketing Practices), Department Of Agriculture; Subchapter A, Commodity Standards And Standard Container Regulations; Part 29, Tobacco Inspection; Subpart B, Regulations; Definitions), the term “Appeal Inspector” means “an inspector or other person designated or authorized by the Division to hear appeals under the Act and the regulations in this subpart.” (7 CFR 29.22)
