Approved Crop Insurance Provider Law and Legal Definition
Approved crop insurance provider means “a private insurance provider that has been approved by the Corporation to provide insurance coverage to producers participating in the Federal crop insurance program established under this subtitle [7 USCS §§ 1501 et seq.].” (7 USCS § 1502)
