Approved National Service Position Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 12511 (Title 42, The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 129, National and Community Service; National and Community Service Grant Program; General Provisions), the term "approved national service position" means “a national service position for which the Corporation has approved the provision of a national service educational award described in section 147 [42 USCS § 12603] as one of the benefits to be provided for successful service in the position.”
