Aquae Immittendae Law and Legal Definition
Aquae Immittendae is a Latin term that means “ waters to be discharged.” It refers to a servitude consisting of the right of a person whose house is surrounded by other buildings to discharge waste water on the neighboring roofs or yards. This is similar to the common law drip rights. This is also termed as stillicidium.
