Aquatic Resource Education Program Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 777a (3), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 10B. Fish Restoration and Management Projects] the term aquatic resource education program means “a program designed to enhance the public's understanding of aquatic resources and sportfishing, and to promote the development of responsible attitudes and ethics toward the aquatic environment.”
