Armed Robbery Law and Legal Definition
In Mississippi, armed robbery is defined as the felonious taking of the personal property of another, in his presence or from his person, against his will, by violence to his person or by putting him in fear of immediate injury by exhibition of a deadly weapon, with the intent to permanently deprive him of his property.
