Articulation Agreement [Education] Law and Legal Definition
According to 34 CFR 406.5 [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter IV -- Office of Vocational and Adult Education, Department of Education; Part 406 -- State-Administered Tech-Prep Education Program; Subpart A – General], the term articulation agreement means “a commitment to a program designed to provide students with a non-duplicative sequence of progressive achievement leading to competencies in a tech-prep education program.”
