At-Home Recovery Law and Legal Definition
At-home recovery means recovery at home certified by a physician for personal care that involves certain dietary and environmental restrictions, recommended rest and limitations to physical activities, and certain other activities as recommended by a physician or surgeon. At-home recovery is mandated by certain medicare supplement plans for certain medicare covered illness or sickness. At-home recovery service must be accepted within eight weeks of the last medicare-approved visit.
