Atomic Energy Defense Activity Law and Legal Definition
Atomic energy defense activity means any activity performed in whole or in part in carrying out any of the following functions that has been codified under 42 USCS § 10101.:
1.naval reactors development;
2. weapons activities including defense inertial confinement fusion;
3. verification and control technology;
4.defense nuclear materials production;
5.defense nuclear waste and materials by-products management;
6. defense nuclear materials security and safeguards and security investigations; and
7. defense research and development.
