Attorney Decision Maker Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 25 CFR 15.2 [Title 25 -- Indians, Chapter I -- Bureau of Indian Affairs, Department of the Interior], Attorney Decision Maker (ADM) means "an attorney with OHA who conducts a summary probate proceeding and renders a decision that is subject to de novo review by an administrative law judge or Indian probate judge.”
