Authorized Representative [Wildlife and Fisheries] Law and Legal Definition
According to 50 CFR 1.2 [Title 50 -Wildlife and Fisheries Chapter i- United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of the Interior -Subchapter a -General Provisions -Part 1-Definitions], an authorized representative means "the subordinate official to which a principal official has delegated authority to act on a particular matter or a class of matters."
