Automobile wrecker Law and Legal Definition
Automobile wrecker means a person who obtains a license to dismantle, scrap, process or wreck a vehicle. Automobile wreckers are also licensed to removing or selling an individual part or parts of a vehicle or crushing, shredding or dismantling a vehicle to be disposed of as scrap metal. It is unlawful for any person to dismantle, scrap, process or wreck any vehicle without first applying for and obtaining a license.

Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 482.5432 defines automobile wrecker as a person who obtains a license to dismantle, scrap, process or wreck a vehicle.
