Automotive Fuel Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 2821 (6), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 55. Petroleum Marketing Practices; Octane Disclosure] the term automotive fuel means “liquid fuel of a type distributed for use as a fuel in any motor vehicle.”
