BAC is the abbreviation for blood alcohol content. It is also used to refer to blood alcohol level, blood alcohol concentration, or blood ethanol concentration. BAC tests measure the concentration of alcohol in a person’s blood. BAC tests are usually conducted by law enforcement officers to test if a person is driving a vehicle in violation of the drunk driving laws.
