Banking Organization [Banks & Banking] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 12 USCS § 2502 (1) [Title 12. Banks and Banking; Chapter 26. Disposition of Abandoned Money Orders and Traveler's Checks], the term banking organization means “any bank, trust company, savings bank, safe deposit company, or a private banker engaged in business in the United States.”
