Behavioral Health Facility Law and Legal Definition
According to the West Virginia Rules behavioral health facility is defined as “any inpatient, residential or outpatient facility for the care and treatment of the mentally ill, developmentally disabled or addicted which is operated by the department of health and human resources.” W. Va. CSR § 64-59-3
