Biogenic Emissions Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 300.2 [Title 10 – Energy; Chapter II -- Department of Energy; Subchapter B -- Climate Change; Part 300 -- Voluntary Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program: General Guidelines], the term biogenic emissions mean “emissions that are naturally occurring and are not significantly affected by human actions or activity.”
