Biologics Control Act Law and Legal Definition
The Biologics Control Act of 1902 regulates the production of vaccines and antitoxins in the hygienic laboratory. The Act came into force as a result of an incident that caused the death of some children due to the use of contaminated vaccines.
The Act was in force for four years until the Pure Food and Drugs Act was enacted in 1906.
