Blind Licensee [Education] Law and Legal Definition
According to 34 CFR 395.1 (b) [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter III -- Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, Department of Education; Part 395 -- Vending Facility Program for the Blind on Federal and Other Property; Subpart A -- Definitions], the term blind licensee means “a blind person licensed by the State licensing agency to operate a vending facility on Federal or other property.”
