Broadcast Station Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 47 USCS § 153 (5), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire or Radio Communication; General Provisions] the term broadcast station, broadcasting station, or radio broadcast station means “a radio station equipped to engage in broadcasting as herein defined.”
