Broadside Objection Law and Legal Definition
Broadside objection is an objection made without specifying any grounds in support of the objection. Objection is a formal statement opposing something that has occurred, or is about to occur, in court and seeking the judge's immediate ruling on the point. Broadside objection preserves only the issue of relevancy. Broadside objection is also known as general objection.
