Buggery Law and Legal Definition
This is an English term having a meaning similar to the term “sodomy.” The term buggery refers to anal sex by a man with another man or woman, or vaginal intercourse by a man or a woman with an animal, and does not include other forms of unnatural intercourse. Buggery becomes a crime if penetration has occurred, but ejaculation is not necessary to constitute a crime of buggery.
