Bull Pen Law and Legal Definition
The term bull pen has different meanings under different context. Bull pen is a large cell where prisoners are detained until brought into court. The name is also given facetiously to the common room in a men's dormitory, the student room in a law school, and other various places where men gather socially. A place on a baseball field where pitchers warm up before they start pitching is also bull pen.
