Bullpen Law and Legal Definition
Bullpen is a slang term. It refers to an area in a prison where prisoners are kept in close confinement. It can also be a detention cell in which prisoners are kept until they are brought into court. It is a part of the jail. [State v. McCollum, 598 S.W.2d 198, 199 (Mo. Ct. App. 1980)].
