Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1087vv (m), [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources And Student Assistance; Student Assistance; Need Analysis] the term business assets means “property that is used in the operation of a trade or business, including real estate, inventories, buildings, machinery, and other equipment, patents, franchise rights, and copyrights.”
