Business Enterprise Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 3102 (6) [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 46. International Investment and Trade in Services Survey], the term business enterprise means any organization, association, branch, or venture which exists for profit making purposes or to otherwise secure economic advantage, and any ownership of any real estate.
