Capacity and Infrastructure Program Critical Base Funding Law and Legal Definition
According to 7 USCS § 7614 (Title 7, Agriculture; Chapter 103, Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform; Priorities, Scope, Review, and Coordination of Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education), the term "capacity and infrastructure program critical base funding" means “the aggregate amount of Federal funds made available for capacity and infrastructure programs for fiscal year 2006, as appropriate.”
