Capitalization Table Law and Legal Definition
Capitalization Table is a table that shows all the securities issued by a firm. The table shows various securities issued by a firm, and the owner of those securities. It includes the investment amount obtained, and the securities issued. It is also called a ‘Cap Table.’ The Cap table includes separate listing for common stock, preferred shares, options and warrants. It also defines the ownership percentages and capitalization ratios for each security.
