Cargo Tariff [Aeronautics and Space] Law and Legal Definition
According to 14 CFR 292.2 [Title 14 Aeronautics and Space; Chapter II Office of the Secretary, Department of Transportation (Aviation Proceedings); Subchapter A Economic Regulations; Part 292 International Cargo Transportation; Subpart A General], Cargo Tariff means “a tariff containing rates, charges or provisions governing the application of such rates or charges, or the conditions of service, applicable to the scheduled transportation of cargo in foreign air transportation.”
