Case Registry [Adoption] Law and Legal Definition
Case registry refers to an adoption records system followed in intercountry adoption. It is compiled with the joint effort of the U.S. Secretary of State and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Case registry for adoption is established in compliance with the Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000.
