Center for Research on the Education of Students Placed at Risk [CRESPAR] Law and Legal Definition
Center for Research on the Education of Students Placed at Risk (CRESPAR), established in 1994, is a center to conduct the research, development, evaluation, and dissemination needed to transform schooling for students placed at risk. Students placed at risk due to poverty, race, ethnicity, language, or other factors are usually not well served by their schools. CRESPAR ensures that all students receive a rich and demanding curriculum with appropriate assistance and support. CRESPAR assists the students at risk by developing talents in them.
