Central Registration Agent Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 108.50 (Title 13 - Business Credit And Assistance; Chapter I - Small Business Administration; Part 108 - New Markets Venture Capital (“NMVC”) Program; Subpart B - Definition Of Terms Used In This Part 108), Central Registration Agent or CRA means “one or more agents appointed by SBA for the purpose of issuing TCs and performing the functions enumerated in § 108.1620 and performing similar functions for Debentures funded outside the pooling process.”
