Centrally Fueled Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 490.2 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter II Department of Energy; Subchapter D Energy Conservation; Part 490 Alternative Fuel Transportation Program; Subpart A General Provisions], the term Centrally Fueled means “that a vehicle is fueled at least 75 percent of the time at a location that is owned, operated, or controlled by the fleet or covered person, or is under contract with the fleet or covered person for refueling purposes.”
