Centrocon Clause Law and Legal Definition
Centrocon clause comes within an arbitration agreement. A centrocon clause applies to bar a claim for arbitration if the claim is not in writing and the claimant's arbitrator is not appointed within a specific time limit. Making of a written claim and appointment of arbitrator are the two essential requirements under Centrocon clause. In the event of non-compliance with stated formalities, the claim is deemed to be waived and completely barred.
