CFE Treaty Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 2799d (1) [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 39. Arms Export Control; Transfer of Certain CFE Treaty-Limited Equipment to NATO Members], the term CFE Treaty means the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (signed at Paris, November 19, 1990).
