Change management, with respect to entrepreneurs and micro-enterprises, refers to a term used to describe the need for flexibility and innovation management. Change management is defined as the ability to adapt to the changing requirements and conditions for continuing on the path to business fruition. Change management should be practiced by small enterprises and micro-enterprises and should be made a part of the culture of the company for trying new ideas and ignoring ideas which do not work.
