Chemical Security Assessment Tool Law and Legal Definition
According to 6 CFR 27.105 [Title 6. Homeland Security; Chapter I. Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Secretary; Part 27. Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards; Subpart A. General] the term Chemical Security Assessment Tool or CSAT shall mean “a suite of four applications, including User Registration, Top-Screen, Security Vulnerability Assessment, and Site Security Plan, through which the Department will collect and analyze key data from chemical facilities.”
