Chief Personnel Officers Law and Legal Definition
According to 24 USCS § 401, the term chief personnel officer means—
1) the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel of the Army;
2) the Chief of Naval Personnel;
3) the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel of the Air Force; and
4) the Deputy Commandant of the Marine Corps for Manpower and Reserve Affairs.
