According to 32 CFR 57.3 [Title 32 National Defense; Subtitle A Department of Defense; Chapter I Office of the Secretary Of Defense; Subchapter D Personnel, Military and Civilian; Part 57 Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education Services to Eligible DoD Dependent], Child Supplementary Aids and Service includes aids, services, and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other educational-related settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with non-disabled children to the maximum extent appropriate.
