Cigarette Tobacco Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 USCS § 387 (4), [Title 21. Food And Drugs; Chapter 9. Federal Food, Drug, And Cosmetic Act; Tobacco Products] the term cigarette tobacco means “any product that consists of loose tobacco that is intended for use by consumers in a cigarette. Unless otherwise stated, the requirements applicable to cigarettes under this chapter [21 USCS §§ 387 et seq.] shall also apply to cigarette tobacco.”
