Civic and Cultural Activities Law and Legal Definition
According to 49 USCS § 5561 [Title 49. Transportation; Subtitle III. General and Intermodal Programs; Chapter 55. Intermodal Transportation; Subchapter II. Terminals], civic and cultural activities includes œlibraries, musical and dramatic presentations, art exhibits, adult education programs, public meeting places, and other facilities for carrying on an activity any part of which is supported under a law of the United States.
