Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services Law and Legal Definition
Civilian health and medical program of the uniformed services is a health plan provided by the federal government to supplement military medical health care. The participants have to pay an annual deductible fee. Civilian health and medical program of the uniformed services pays to the participants a certain percentage of allowed, predetermined charges for using physicians and health care facilities in the civilian sector.
