Collection Site Person Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 707.4 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter III Department of Energy; Part 707 Workplace Substance Abuse Programs at DOE Sites; Subpart A General Provisions], Collection Site Person means “a technician or other person trained and qualified to take urine samples and to secure urine samples for later laboratory analysis.”
