Combat-Related Injury Law and Legal Definition
"Combat-related injury" is defined as: “personal injury or sickness -(A) which is incurred -
(i) as a direct result of armed conflict
(ii) while engaged in extrahazardous service, or
(iii) under conditions simulating war; or
