Combat Zone Compensation Law and Legal Definition
According to 5 CFR 1604.2 [Title 5 -- Administrative Personnel; Chapter VI -- Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board; Part 1604 -- Uniformed Services Accounts], combat zone compensation means “compensation received for active service during a month in which a member of the uniformed services serves in a combat zone.”
